Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira das 8h às 17:48

O profissional desta vaga irá integrar a nossa equipe de Atendimento, vinculada à Diretoria de Operações. Para isso, buscamos pessoas com as seguintes atribuições, habilidades e qualificações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Atender e recepcionar pacientes, visitantes e outros profissionais por telefone ou nas dependências da clínica, sanando dúvidas, orientando e direcionando ligações ou pessoas nos atendimentos ou visitas internas áreas agendadas ou solicitadas, bem como anotar e transmitir recados.
  • Elaborar e enviar orçamentos de exames, emitir notas fiscais, bem como receber o pagamento de exames;
  • Agendar coleta de documentos ou materiais, bem como solicitar transporte de amostra para laboratório de apoio. Garantir que o recebimento e envio dos documentos ou materiais laboratoriais ocorrem em conformidade com os procedimentos e diretrizes internas da empresa aos setores responsáveis;
  • Preencher informações e dados em documentos, planilhas, formulários online nos diversos sistemas operacionais e portais internos ou externos para cadastros, solicitação, atualização, movimentação, exclusão, efetuando a conferência de faturas e documentos, como pedidos, notas fiscais e outras de natureza semelhantes e pertinentes à sua área de atuação;
  • Manter os controles atualizados sobre as atividades que executa, tendo sempre visão apurada dos pontos críticos, atuando para que as medidas sejam tomadas com antecedência;
  • Cuidar da ordem, equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho em sua área de atuação, informando o superior imediato para serviços de manutenção, instalações de software ou recursos quando necessário bem como observar e garantir o tratamento de dados e acessos conforme diretriz, norma ou política interna da segurança da informação.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Desejável cursando superior;
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento no sistema Tasy é um diferencial.
