Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben

  • Bedienung der Anlagen, Ausrüstungen und Geräte des Bereiches Ansatz gemäß den gültigen Anweisungen
  • Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen gemäß den gültigen Anweisungen inkl. Eintragung im LIMS
  • Bedienung der Transporttechnik (Hubwagen)
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Ansatzanlagen und Ausrüstungsteilen inklusive Reinigungs- und Hygienemaßnahmen gemäß den gültigen Anweisungen, sowie Unterstützung im Rahmen der Abfüllung an den Abfüllanlagen bei erfolgter Einarbeitung
  • Bereitstellung und Vorbereitung von Vials/Spritzen und Entsorgung von Zytostatika
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in Herstellungsprotokollen und Logbüchern
  • Sicherung ordnungsgemäßer Schichtübergaben sowie Durchführung hygienischer Maßnahmen
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung weiterer Produktionsbereiche bei (Sonder-) Aufgaben gemäß Qualifikation auf Anweisung durch aktive Mitarbeit
  • Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen von den Vorgaben sowie Störungen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • 3-jährige Ausbildung z.B. als Pharmakant oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse
  • GMP-Kenntnisse bzw. erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Arzneimittel/ Lebensmittel-produktion wünschenswert
  • gutes Auffassungsvermögen, systematische und gründliche Arbeitsweise, Organisationsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
