  • Strategische KI-Potenziale gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen identifizieren und Initiativen nach Geschäftsnutzen, Relevanz und Umsetzbarkeit priorisieren
  • Ein Portfolio aus KI-Projekten steuern und die nachhaltige Umsetzung messbarer Mehrwerte für Mitarbeitende, Prozesse und Geschäftseinheiten sicherstellen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Digital Business oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Transformationsprogramme
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis aktueller KI-Technologien, -Architekturen und des KI-Tech-Stacks (z. B. Large Language Models, Agenten-Frameworks, MLOps, Cloud-AI-Services, Datenplattformen, Vektor-Datenbanken und Integrationsarchitekturen)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsstärke, eine verbindende Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
