  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Journeys in unserem HR-System Workday für verschiedene Mitarbeitenden-Themen wie Onboarding, Offboarding, Elternzeit oder Altersteilzeit
  • Strukturierte Aufbereitung der Inhalte für die Umsetzung in Workday in Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen HR-Fachbereichen sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Erstellung nutzerorientierter Inhalte für digitale Journeys
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Employee Experience entlang zentraler HR-Prozesse

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Laufendes (Master-) Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Personalbereich und / oder HR-Systemen sind wünschenswert
  • Starke IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich in neue Softwarelösungen einzuarbeiten
  • Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
