Medacta International è alla ricerca di un Measuring Instruments Supervisor * *per il reparto Controllo Qualità.

Riportando al Quality Control Manager, avrà la responsabilità di:

  • Gestire, manutenere ed eseguire la taratura degli strumenti di misura secondo i target condivisi con il Quality Control Manager, le procedure in vigore, le best practices e le norme di settore;
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il personale CQ coinvolto nel processo di gestione, manutenzione e taratura degli strumenti di misura;
  • Preparare e mantenere aggiornate le procedure di gestione, manutenzione e taratura degli strumenti di misura;
  • Proporre al Quality Control Manager i miglioramenti di processo relativi alla gestione, manutenzione e taratura degli strumenti coinvolgendo il personale coinvolto;
  • Assicurare che gli utilizzatori abbiano a disposizione gli strumenti di misura conformi e in regime di taratura, a loro necessari;
  • Assicurare l-ordine e la pulizia del reparto;
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure operative aziendali;
  • Assicurare il rispetto del regolamento aziendale;
  • Eseguire le formazioni al proprio team del CQ sulla gestione, manutenzione e taratura degli strumenti di misura;
  • Eseguire le formazioni agli utilizzatori sull-utilizzo degli strumenti di misura;
  • Altre attività correlate alla funzione e in base alle necessità aziendali.

Hard Skills

  • Perito meccanico/meccatronico o laurea tecnica o scientifica;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese con livello minimo A2;
  • Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
  • Pluriennale esperienza, 2+ anni, maturata utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura (calibro a corsoio, altimetro centesimale e millesimale, micrometro per interni ed esterni, proiettore di profili, profilometro, rugosimetro, TF, TL, dime di controllo P/NP, macchine di misura a coordinate, macchie di misura ottiche);
  • Pluriennale esperienza, 1+ anni, maturata nel controllo qualità visivo di pezzi di minuteria meccanica;
  • Conoscenza dei principi fondamentali della metrologia industriale.
