Unsere moderne Praxis mit eigenem Röntgen und Ultraschall liegt im Dorfzentrum von Wattwil. Das Team kümmert sich umfassend um die medizinische Versorgung der Bevölkerung. Unsere Fachärztinnen und Fachärzte aus den Bereichen Allgemeine Innere Medizin und Orthopädie bieten hausärztliche Sprechstunden und spezialärztliche Untersuchungen an. Nach Rücksprache führen wir auch Hausbesuche durch. Das MPA-Team sorgt für eine ausgezeichnete Praxisorganisation. Die aktive Mitgestaltung und eine gute Work-Life-Balance geniessen bei uns einen hohen Stellenwert.

Als Advanced Practice Nurse übernimmst du eine wichtige Rolle in unserer ambulanten Grundversorgung. Du betreust Patientinnen und Patienten eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen deines Kompetenzprofils und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie dem MPA-Team zusammen.

Bei uns kannst du deine klinische Expertise einbringen und gleichzeitig die Rolle bei Medbase aktiv mitgestalten und weiterentwickeln.

Das kannst du bewegen

  • Selbstständige Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten – von akuten Beschwerden bis zur Begleitung chronisch und multimorbid erkrankter Menschen
  • Durchführung strukturierter Anamnesen und klinischer Untersuchungen
  • Dringlichkeitseinschätzung, Clinical Reasoning und Differentialdiagnostik
  • Veranlassung und Interpretation diagnostischer Untersuchungen wie Labor, EKG oder Röntgen im definierten Kompetenzrahmen
  • Planung und Koordination von Behandlungsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten
  • Je nach Expertise Mitarbeit im Acute und/oder Chronic Care Management
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Nurse-Practitioner-Rolle innerhalb von Medbase

Was du mitbringst

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) mit klinischem Fokus
  • Erweiterte klinische Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlicher, patientennaher Arbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Clinical Reasoning
  • Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Eigeninitiative und Motivation, eine zukunftsorientierte Rolle in der ambulanten Grundversorgung mitzugestalten
  • Registrierung als Pflegeexpertin/Pflegeexperte APN-CH von Vorteil
