Job Description

Terlaksananya proses administrasi keuangan cabang (kas besar,kas kecil dan kas hasil tagihan), administrasi klaim program dan dokumen retur, memastikan tersedianya sarana dan prasarana kerja di cabang, melalui proses kerja yang efektif dan efisien sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Cabang.

Responsibilities

1. Mengelola biaya operasional cabang (kas besar) disertai dengan bukti-bukti asli dan dokumen pendukung lainnya, melakukan input biaya ke sistem dan melakukan matching PO pembelian asset. 2. Menyiapkan dan mengirim dokumen biaya ke HO 3. Membuat laporan estimasi kebutuhan biaya dan saldo bank operasional cabang ke finance HO sesuai dengan ketentuan 4. Memastikan penyelesaian prepayment, invoice aging dan account sementara di cabang sesuai ketentuan. 5. Melakukan penginputan biaya bank, bunga bank dan kiriman uang dari finance HO ke sistem berdasarkan rekening koran bank operasional. 6. Melengkapi dan mengupdate dokumen specimen vendor, memfollow up dokumen tagihan vendor yang belum diterima sesuai jatuh tempo 7. Menerima dan memeriksa hasil tagihan yang diterima dari petugas penagih sesuai dengan ketentuan. 8. Melakukan follow up hasil tagihan yang belum diterima (DHT open) ke petugas penagih, melakukan serah terima hasil tagihan dan dokumen pendukung ke KSA sesuai dengan ketentuan. 9. Melakukan administrasi klaim program sesuai dengan ketentuan, mulai dari memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen, peginputan di sistem dan pengiriman dokumen ke HO, memonitor status klaim sampai dengan pelaporan tolakan klaim ke Adm Inkaso dan KSA. 10. Mengelola kas kecil dan kas chp disertai bukti-bukti asli, melakukan input kas kecil dan kas chp di sistem sesuai dengan ketentuan. 11. Memastikan terlaksananya kegiatan operasional terkait dengan fasilitas dan pemeliharaan inventaris, sarana dan prasarana kerja, pengadaan ATK, pengajuan Purchase requisition (PR), dan kebersihan seluruh area di cabang sesuai dengan ketentuan. 12. Memeriksa kelengkapan dan akurasi dokumen retur relasi, melakukan update nota retur, pengarsipan dan pengiriman dokumen retur ke HO sesuai dengan ketentuan. 13. Melakukan pelabelan asset dan opname asset di cabang, pengajuan SPPAT, FAT ke HO sesuai dengan ketentuan. 14. Melakukan administrasi pengarsipan surat masuk/keluar, filing dokumen cabang, pengurusan surat-surat yang berhubungan dengan operasional cabang yang telah habis masa berlakunya, dan pengiriman dokumen transaksi cabang ke HO, sesuai ketentuan. 15. Memastikan kelengkapan data karyawan dan data GA di cabang untuk dikirim ke HRD dan CAF HO.
