Job Description

Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pengajuan klaim baik klaim rutin (klaim diskon) maupun klaim non rutin (klaim biaya) dengan cara melakukan verifikasi dokumen klaim agar terhindar dari gagal klaim, memastikan pelunasan klaim dari Prinsipal & penggantian klaim ke Cabang tepat waktu serta memastikan semua transaksi atas AR Claim di Perusahaan & laporan yang dihasilkan tepat waktu & akurat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Responsibilities

  1. Melakukan penarikan data klaim diskon dari Qlikview dan melakukan verifikasi data klaim diskon & membuat jurnal manual apabila terdapat ketidak sesuaian antara TB dengan nilai klaim diskon
  2. Melakukan receipt doc dan generate Surat Claim, baik untuk klaim yang diajukan di System Traces (Claim dari Cabang) maupun di System Claim Biaya (Claim dari HO).
  3. Menerima informasi penggantian baik klaim diskon maupun klaim biaya dari Team Treasury atau Team AP dan melakukan follow up detail rincian pengantian klaim ke Prinsipal
  4. Melakukan rekonsiliasi saldo AR Claim vs TB vs Saldo Prinsipal
  5. Melakukan follow up atas tolakan klaim dengan berkordinasi baik ke Team Business maupun Team Cabang
  6. Melakukan follow up atas bukti potong yang masih open
  7. Melakukan perhitungan inventory reval setiap kali ada perubahan harga
  8. Membuat sistem filling arsip dokumen-dokumen pendukung klaim
  9. Melakukan penarikan data TB atas account klaim biaya, klaim diskon dan klaim inventory reval
  10. Melakukan Business Improvement
