Terlaksananya kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan penagihan piutang relasi, penginputan hasil tagihan, kelengkapan dan keamanan hasiltagihan dan dokumen penagihan di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan ketentuan.

Responsibilities

1. Menyusun jadwal penagihan sesuai dengan area dan jumlah relasi yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. 2. Menerima dokumen penagihan dari Petugas Inkaso dan memastikan kelengkapannya via Icon sesuai ketentuan. 3. Melakukan tukar faktur dan penagihan ke relasi sesuai jadwal yang telah disusun. 4. Melakukan konfirmasi ke relasi setiap ada ketidaksesuaian pembayaran, seperti relasi bayar mundur, pemotongan pembayaran dan perubahan jadwal kontrabon dan penagihan, sehingga jelas alasan dan penyebabnya 5. Memastikan semua pemotongan pembayaran jelas alasannya dan lengkap bukti potongnya sesuai dengan ketentuan. 6. Melakukan konfirmasi transaksi konsinyasi dan kredit lunak terkait dengan ketersediaan stock dan penyelesaiannya sesuai ketentuan. 7. Melakukan input hasil tagihan dan alasan gagal tagih ke Icon secara real time. 8. Menyetorkan hasil tagihan ke bank terdekat dan atau ke Petugas Kasir, menyerahkan dokumen penagihan yang tidak tertagih dan dokumen tukar faktur kepada Petugas Inkaso sesuai dengan ketentuan. 9. Melakukan estimasi collection dan monitoring pencapaian collection dan penyelesaian past due di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. 10. Memberikan informasi kepada KSA dan Petugas Inkaso terkait kondisi di lapangan yang berhubungan dengan relasi dan penagihan.
