Job Description

Memastikan semua aspek kegiatan operasional cabang terkelola dengan baik sehingga target-target yang diberikan kepada Cabang dicapai dan kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan policy (kebijakan), strategi dan batas wilayah yang telah ditetapkan serta membentuk team cabang yang handal dan kompeten.

Responsibilities

  1. Mengontrol breakdown target sales team FF, dan memonitor pencapaian parameter BSC Cabang termasuk didalamnya Sales, Collection, COT, POT, E/S, dan Produktifitas, insentif tim.
  2. Menggali informasi pasar dan mencari sumber-sumber pertumbuhan, serta mencari ide-ide baru yang kreatif dan inovatif, sehingga proses kerja dan hasil akhir Cabang dapat diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan.
  3. Memotivasi dan menggerakkan seluruh team Cabang untuk mencapai sasaran-sasaran yang telah ditetapkan, memantau dan mengendalikan semua kegiatan Cabang sesuai ketentuan dan strategi yang telah ditetapkan Perusahaan sehingga dapat mencapai target sales dan penagihan, mengevaluasi implementasi pelaksanaan rencana kerja di cabangnya serta memberikan rekomendasi improvement ke team, serta usulan ke atasannya
  4. Melakukan penjualan barang dagangan kepada instansi/langganan utama dan menyelesaikan piutang.
  5. Mengatur pembagian waktu delivery service kepada langganan/relasi dan instansi.
  6. Mengelola biaya dan modal kerja Cabang, dan mengatur dan mengendalikan masalah piutang, PD, discount yang diberikan kepada langganan, remis-remis uang hasil tagihan serta biaya biaya. Retur, Claim
  7. Mengendalikan tingkat sediaan barang dagangan sesuai indeks yang telah ditetapkan dan biaya transport in dan out
  8. Melakukan kunjungan kepada relasi-relasi dengan maksud: ∙ Membina hubungan baik. ∙ Menjajaki kemungkinan penjualan produk-produk tambahan. ∙ Melakukan pengecekan dan pengawasan secara sampling kegiatan. ∙ Mendapatkan umpan balik dan informasi-informasi yang relevan.
  9. Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak principal dalam melaksanakan program programnya, menyerahkan sales report dan melakukan evaluasi atas hasil yang telah dicapai kepada principal.
  10. Melakukan penunjukkan kegiatan internal audit untuk inspeksi diri cabang, opname bulanan, serta memastikan proses di cabang berjalan sesuai regulasi dan prosedur perusahaan yang berlaku.
  11. Melakukan pengajuan Personnel Action untuk perubahan posisi di cabang (promosi, mutasi dan terminasi).

Qualifications

Experience - tenure & position & field: Minimal 4 tahun di bidangnya, termasuk 2 tahun pengalaman Supervisor Physical requirements (if any): - Travel frequency - per month/year & destination: Sering (siap travel ke semua area di Indonesia selama 2 Minggu dalam 1 Bulan)
