Aufgaben

Als (Junior) BI Analyst:in bist du Teil unseres kleinen, schlagkräftigen Data-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Data Engineering, Data Science sowie dem Head of IT zusammen. Du hilfst dabei, unseren bestehenden BI-Stack weiter auszubauen und weiterzuentwickeln, externe Abhängigkeiten zu reduzieren und Daten stärker in den Alltag unserer Fachbereiche – insbesondere Finance und Accounting – zu bringen.

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Power BI Dashboards und Datenmodellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Arztpraxen zur Übersetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in pragmatische Datenlösungen
  • Schrittweise Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung bestehender externer Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineering und Data Science an durchgängigen Datenprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und Datenstrategie
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs
  • Aufbereitung von Analysen und Vorbereitung der Präsentation der Ergebnisse

  • Datenmodellierung: Delta Lake / strukturierte Data Layers
  • BI & Reporting: Power BI (inkl. semantischer Modelle & DAX)
  • Datenquellen: u. a. Praxissoftware, Finanz- und Accounting-Systeme sowie weitere operative Tools
  • Umbau auf z.B. Tableau o.Ä. stehen wir offen gegenüber

Profilanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit Analytics-Fokus) oder Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker) mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im BI-/Analytics-Umfeld (idealerweise 1–3 Jahre), z. B. im Consulting, in einem Start-up oder Inhouse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI oder äquivalenten Dashboarding Tools (Tableau, Retool, etc.) sowie solides Verständnis von Datenmodellen und SQL
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit modernen Datenplattformen (Azure, Data Lake, Synapse)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten – auch im Austausch mit Ärzt:innen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Wichtig: Teamfit, Energie und Lernbereitschaft sind uns wichtiger als perfekte Toolkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
