Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Professionalisierung von HR-Strukturen, Prozessen und HR-Standards entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles für die Ländergesellschaft in der Schweiz – ausgerichtet an der HR-Strategie der medermis-Gruppe
  • Aufbau einer Stellen- und Nachfolgeplanung für das medizinische Fachpersonal gemeinsam mit dem Regionalmanagement
  • Rekrutierung von anspruchsvollen Fach- und Führungspositionen – insbesondere Ärzt:innen und medizinisches Fachpersonal
  • Aufbau eines Talent-Netzwerks, Nutzung von Active Sourcing für schwer zu besetzende Funktionen vorantreiben sowie die zielgerichtete Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
  • Sparringspartner für Standortleitungen in Führungs- und Personalfragen
  • HR-Kennzahlen, Reporting, Onboarding, Entwicklung und Retention weiterentwickeln
  • Perpektivisch: Aufbau eines HR-Teams Schweiz

Profilanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der generalistischen HR-Arbeit, idealerweise mit Führung eines kleinen Teams im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting und Active Sourcing von Fach- und Führungskräften, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie hohe Umsetzungsorientierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Affinität zu digitalen HR- und Recruiting-Tools sowie Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz an unsere Standorte.
