O Assistente Fiscal Principal apoia e conduz rotinas fiscais com elevada autonomia, garantindo a correta conferência de documentos, apuração de tributos e cumprimento de obrigações acessórias. Atua na análise de inconsistências, na melhoria de processos e na orientação de colegas, colaborando com outras áreas para assegurar conformidade com a legislação vigente e prazos estabelecidos.

  • Conferir documentos fiscais de entrada e saída, verificando dados cadastrais, classificação fiscal, alíquotas, retenções e demais informações necessárias ao correto tratamento tributário.
  • Apoiar e executar a apuração de tributos, como ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS e COFINS, observando a legislação aplicável, os procedimentos internos e os prazos definidos.
  • Preparar, revisar e transmitir obrigações fiscais acessórias, organizando os dados e validando arquivos para reduzir inconsistências, omissões e riscos de penalidades.
  • Acompanhar mudanças na legislação e nos procedimentos fiscais, avaliar seus impactos nas rotinas da empresa e comunicar orientações relevantes à equipe.
  • Atender solicitações de auditorias, fiscalizações e áreas internas, localizando documentos, reunindo evidências e fornecendo informações claras e rastreáveis.
  • Orientar colegas em atividades e dúvidas fiscais, compartilhar boas práticas e apoiar a integração de novos profissionais, atuando como referência técnica no time.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, propor ajustes em controles e fluxos de trabalho e apoiar a implementação de soluções que aumentem a precisão e a eficiência das rotinas.
