Pour remplir notre mission et soutenir notre expansion, nous recherchons un Assistant Shop Manager (m/f/x) pour notre magasin à Shopping Cora Anderlecht.

Rôle et Responsabilités :

En tant que Assistant Shop Manager de magasin, vous êtes un réel soutien pour le gérant de magasin principal.

Tâches principales :

Soutien opérationnel

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien des opérations
  • Superviser les activités de réception des marchandises, de gestion des stocks et de réapprovisionnement
  • Veiller à ce que les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise soient suivies

Gestion du personnel

  • Aider à l’élaboration des horaires de travail et à la gestion des plannings du personnel
  • Motiver les équipes et favoriser un environnement de travail positif
  • Être le garant du suivi des politiques de Medi-Market sur le point de point de vente (coaching, …)

Service client

  • Fournir un service exceptionnel en assistant le personnel et en résolvant les problèmes des clients
  • S’assurer que les employés sont formés pour répondre aux attentes en matière de service client

Merchandising

  • Collaborer à l’organisation et à la gestion de la présentation des produits dans le magasin (Mise en place et suivi des PP, saisonnier, AC)

Gestion des stocks

  • Aider à la supervision et à la gestion des niveaux de stock pour éviter les ruptures ou les surplus (Paramètres, inventaires, …)
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de bonnes pratiques de gestion des stocks

Compétences :

  • Collaboration : Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration, en confiance et en toute transparence avec le gérant de magasin et le personnel
  • Communication : Bonne compétences en communication pour transmettre efficacement les informations
  • Adaptabilité : Capacité à s’adapter aux changements rapides dans l’environnement de travail
  • Compétence organisationnelle : Capacité à organiser les tâches et les responsabilités de manière efficace
  • Connaissance du produit : Connaissance approfondie des produits vendus dans le magasin
  • Service client : Orientation client et capacité à résoudre les conflits
  • Esprit d’équipe : Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe
  • Initiative : Volonté de prendre des responsabilités en l’absence du gérant principal

L’assistant gérant de magasin joue un rôle clé dans le soutien des opérations quotidiennes et contribue à la réussite globale du magasin en collaborant étroitement avec le gérant principal.

Profil :

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience similaire requise
  • Français - Le néerlandais ou l'anglais est un atout
