Für den Empfang unserer Zahnarztpraxis suchen wir Verstärkung für Rezeption, Patientenempfang und Terminmanagement. Ob ZFA (Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte m/w/d) mit Freude an der Rezeption oder erfahrene Empfangsmitarbeitende (m/w/d) – entscheidend ist für uns, dass Sie gerne mit Menschen arbeiten und den Praxisalltag zuverlässig organisieren.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Patientenannahme und Betreuung
  • Terminvergabe und Koordination von Behandlerterminen
  • Terminierung und Korrespondenz mit externen Praxen und Überweiser/innen
  • Bearbeitung des E-Mail-Postfachs und allgemeine schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Digitalisierung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten wie z.B. Röntgenbildern
  • Bearbeitung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Administrative Unterstützung unserer Zahnärzt:innen, Kieferorthopäd:innen und Kieferchirurg:innen
  • Sicherstellung eines geordneten, strukturierten und serviceorientierten Empfangsbereichs
  • Die regelmäßige Übernahme des Freitagnachmittags ist fester Bestandteil der Stelle.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wünschenswert: Ausbildung als ZFA (Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte) oder einschlägige Rezeptionserfahrung
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Ausgeprägte Multitasking-Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
