24 Gesundheitsfachperson Telemedizin (m/w/d) \- Bern und Home\-Office (60\-100%) ================================================================================

Dein neuer – was dich erwartet:

  • Sinnstiftende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem zukunftsorientierten, innovativen Unternehmen
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Schichtarbeit in einer 40\-Stunden Woche (24/7 – inklusive \-, Spät\- und Nachtdiensten sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
  • Arbeitsort in Bern\-Liebefeld mit einer mehrmonatigen Schulung und Einarbeitung vor Ort
  • Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitungszeit besteht nach frühestens 6 Monaten die Möglichkeit, im Home\-Office zu arbeiten – mit (Pensum abhängig) 6\-8 Tagen pro Monat vor Ort in Bern\-Liebefeld, um den persönlichen Austausch im Team zu fördern.
  • Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien sowie vielfältigen Zusatzleistungen und Benefits ( \-Checks, Beitrag zu ÖV etc.)

Deine Mission:

  • Beurteilung der medizinischen Dringlichkeit mit Unterstützung unserer Triage\-Software
  • Beantwortung medizinischer Fragestellungen und Beratung unserer Kund:innen mit Hilfe unserer umfangreichen internen Wissensdatenbank sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärzt:innen
  • Bedienung des Notfalltelefons und Triage für Spitäler sowie definierte Ärztekollektive

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson, Hebamme, Fachangestellte Gesundheit, Rettungssanitäter:in oder Medizinische Praxisassistenz (MPA)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sichere Gesprächsführung in Deutsch als Hauptsprache sowie in mindestens einer weiteren Sprache ( ösisch, Italienisch) auf Niveau B2
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht\- und Wochenendarbeit
  • IT\-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Informations\- und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
