Aufgaben

  • Du berätst unsere Fachabteilungen in allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen - schwerpunktmäßig rund um das Thema Vertragsrecht
  • Du recherchierst und prüfst Rechtsfragen aller Art, insbesondere in den Bereichen des nationalen sowie europäischen Vertragsrechts und Wettbewerbsrecht
  • Du begleitest, berätst und unterstützt in fachübergreifenden Projekten, erstellst Analysen zur Bewertung der rechtlichen (Projekt-)Risiken und empfiehlst erforderliche Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Risikomanagements
  • Du erstellst und verhandelst Verträge aller Art, einschließlich Schreiben und Geschäftsführungsvorlagen auf dem Gebiet des nationalen und internationalen Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrechts
  • Du beobachtest rechtliche Entwicklungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Verträge und AGB stets den aktuellen gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung streitiger Auseinandersetzungen und Gerichtsverfahren

Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Volljurist, Diplomjurist, Wirtschaftsjurist, Master (LL.M.) oder Bachelor (LL.B.) und über umfangreiche Berufserfahrungen (mindestens 3 Jahre) in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder Beratungsgesellschaft
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse und ein gutes Verständnis für die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge in einer dynamisch agierenden und stark wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe der Medien-Branche
  • Strukturen mitzugestalten, neu zu denken und zu festigen bereitet dir große Freude
  • Deine Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte präzise, verständlich und empfängerorientiert darzustellen, zeichnet dich aus
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie durch deine verantwortungsvolle, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen mit
  • Darüber hinaus kannst du sehr gute Kenntnisse in der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift vorweisen
