Media Pioneer ist ein digitales Medienunternehmen neuen Typs im Herzen von Berlin. Im Fokus steht innovativer und unabhängiger Journalismus rund um Wirtschaft und Politik – immer aktuell, immer relevant. Neben Gründer & Herausgeber Gabor Steingart gehören zu unseren Hosts u.a. Ex-Vizekanzler Sigmar Gabriel und Bestsellerautorin Juli Zeh. Mit dem ersten Medienschiff der Welt haben wir ein schwimmendes Büro geschaffen, das im Regierungsviertel Berlins unterwegs ist – immer am Puls der aktuellen Geschehnisse.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Du identifizierst, konzipierst und treibst neue Geschäftsfelder für Media Pioneer.
  • Du steuerst eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll strategische Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Dabei verantwortest du die Projekte von Anfang bis Ende und behältst in einem dynamischen Umfeld immer den Überblick.
  • Du managst externe und interne Stakeholder, die in deinen Projekten involviert sind.
  • Du analysierst Märkte, Geschäftsmodelle und KPIs und übersetzt Erkenntnisse in klare Entscheidungen.
  • Du findest kreative und tragfähige Lösungen, die eine schnelle Zielerreichung möglich machen.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder befindest dich aktuell in einem Masterstudium.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projekt-, Venture- oder Business Development gesammelt, idealerweise durch mehrere relevante Praktika.
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick.
  • Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und kannst Geschäftsmodelle sowie KPIs sicher analysieren und einordnen.
  • Du gehst sehr sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit Excel und PowerPoint.
