The posting

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Intégration Logicielle avec expérience en systèmes d'imagerie médicale, intégration PACS et validation de workflow de bout en bout. Le poste consiste à vérifier et valider les solutions logicielles déployées en milieu clinique, en assurant une interopérabilité fluide avec PACS, modalités d'imagerie, écosystèmes de distributeurs et infrastructures IT santé.

Le candidat retenu planifiera et réalisera des activités d'intégration et de validation, évaluera le comportement du système sur les chaînes de traitement complètes, et garantira la fiabilité des workflows cliniques en conditions réelles.

Responsabilités

  • Vérifier l'interopérabilité entre la solution logicielle et les systèmes de santé externes
  • Valider les workflows d'imagerie de bout en bout, de l'acquisition à la revue et au reporting.
  • Effectuer des tests d'intégration, système, workflow, régression et acceptation utilisateur dans des environnements clients représentatifs.
  • Évaluer la performance et le comportement du produit selon les configurations et cas d'usage cliniques.
  • Planifier, concevoir et exécuter les activités d'intégration et validation du logiciel d'imagerie médicale selon IEC 62304 et exigences réglementaires.
  • Contribuer aux vérifications et validations fondées sur les risques, conformément à ISO 14971.
  • Assurer la traçabilité entre exigences, risques, preuves de test et rapports de validation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes développement, réglementaire, clinique, produit et distributeurs pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer la qualité.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodologies de validation, environnements et ressources de tests.

Tâches clés

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les plans et rapports d'intégration et validation
  • Réaliser des validations manuelles et automatisées des workflows opérationnels avec diverses applications tierces.
  • Valider l'interopérabilité DICOM, l'échange, le stockage, le routage et la récupération d'images.
  • Vérifier les procédures d'installation, configuration, mise à jour et déploiement logiciel.
  • Reproduire et analyser les problèmes remontés par les clients dans des environnements intégrés.
  • Analyser les défauts, mener des investigations et soutenir les actions correctives et préventives.
  • Effectuer des tests basés sur les risques liés à l'usage prévu, impact clinique et criticité du workflow.
  • Produire des preuves objectives pour audits, soumissions réglementaires et mises sur le marché.
  • Assister les distributeurs, partenaires et sites clients dans les validations.
  • Maintenir des environnements de test représentatifs des déploiements réels en santé.

Formation

  • Bachelor ou Master en :
  • Génie Biomédical
  • Informatique
  • Imagerie Médicale
  • Génie Logiciel
  • Systèmes d'information en santé
  • Discipline technique liée

Expérience

  • 3 à 7 ans en développement logiciel, validation, vérification ou assurance qualité.
  • Expérience en dispositifs médicaux et environnements régulés fortement souhaitée.
  • Connaissance des PACS, DICOM, RIS, VNA ou solutions d'imagerie d'entreprise.
  • Expérience en validation de solutions santé intégrées en environnement client ou semblable à la production.
  • Une expérience des applications d'imagerie médicale basées sur l’IA est un plus.

Connaissances

  • Cycle de vie logiciel dispositif médical (IEC 62304)
  • Systèmes de gestion qualité (ISO 13485)
  • Gestion des risques (ISO 14971)
  • Réglementations MDR et/ou FDA
  • DICOM, PACS, RIS, HL7, et concepts d'interopérabilité en santé
  • Architectures client-serveur et infrastructures IT santé
  • Méthodologies de validation et vérification
  • Jira, Xray, Confluence, Git
  • Préféré :
  • Connaissance des plateformes santé cloud
  • Kubernetes, Docker, environnements Azure
  • Notions d’automatisation et scripting pour validation
