Što ćeš raditi:

  • Telefonski kontaktirati privatne korisnike na njemačkom tržištu i voditi prodajne razgovore (outbound pozivi)
  • Predstavljati i prodavati proizvode osiguranja
  • Prepoznati potrebe korisnika i ponuditi odgovarajuće rješenje
  • Jasno i razumljivo prezentirati ponudu, pogodnosti i uvjete osiguranja
  • Voditi prodajni razgovor od prvog kontakta do realizacije prodaje
  • Voditi evidenciju poziva i ažurirati podatke u sustavu
  • Raditi na ostvarivanju prodajnih rezultata uz podršku tima i voditelja
  • Surađivati s kolegama i internim timovima

Tražimo:

  • Izvrsno znanje njemačkog jezika (minimalno C1, poželjno C2)
  • Razvijene komunikacijske vještine i ugodan, siguran nastup u telefonskom razgovoru
  • Motiviranost za prodaju i ostvarivanje rezultata
  • Odgovornost, organiziranost i pozitivan pristup radu
  • Spremnost na učenje i razvoj prodajnih vještina
  • Osnovno znanje rada na računalu i snalaženje u radu s digitalnim alatima
  • Prethodno iskustvo u prodaji, call centru ili radu s klijentima je prednost, ali nije uvjet

Prethodno iskustvo u osiguranju nije potrebno. Osigurat ćemo ti potrebnu edukaciju, informacije o proizvodima i kontinuiranu podršku kako bi se što lakše uključio/la u posao.

Ako nemaš prethodno iskustvo u prodaji, ali si komunikativan/na, motiviran/a i želiš učiti, slobodno se prijavi – važniji su nam tvoj pristup, motivacija i želja za razvojem.
