  • Validates clinical appropriateness of HCC capture opportunities and diagnostic specificity recommendations.

Population Health / Risk Adjustment Expertise:

  • Conducts clinical validation reviews requiring advanced provider-level assessment of diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical necessity.
  • Partners with physician advisors and providers to address complex clinical denials and documentation disputes.

  • Serve as an APP liaison to physicians and APPs to evaluate workflow changes through the lens of direct patient care delivery.

EHR Optimization & Documentation Tools:

  • Provide clinical approval and validation of provider documentation tools, templates, prompts, and workflow designs to ensure alignment with clinical practice standards and provider workflow realities
  • Partner with IT, informatics, and operational teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency while supporting accurate capture of patient acuity, medical decision making, and work effort.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of documentation tools and recommend enhancements based on provider feedback and data.

CDI Strategy & Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

  • Serve as the clinical workflow expert within the CDI team and serves as the designated APP clinical subject matter expert for enterprise documentation initiatives requiring provider-level clinical assessment, medical necessity expertise, and clinical practice interpretation
  • Collaborate with physician advisors, reimbursement leaders, analysts, and operational stakeholders to align documentation improvement with clinical realities and financial goals.

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
