Mandatés par l'un des plus importants établissements hospitaliers universitaires de Suisse romande, nous recherchons des :

ASSC H/F

pour rejoindre notre équipe de poolistes intérimaires, spécialisés dans les domaines des soins somatiques et soins psychiatriques.

Si vous avez une expérience significative dans ces domaines et que vous souhaitez avoir un impact positif dans la vie des personnes vulnérables, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Description du poste --------------------

  • Vous collaborez étroitement à la prise en charge des patients au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Vous prodiguez des soins variés, globaux et individualisés sous la délégation d'une infirmière
  • Vous dispensez des soins médico\-techniques sous délégation de l'infirmière
  • Vous accompagnez de manière responsable et autonome les patients pour les aspects de prise en charge touchant aux activités de la vie
  • Vous assurez la bonne transmission des informations entre tous les intervenants au travers du dossier patient

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'Assistant\-e en Soins et Santé Communautaire (ASSC).
  • Vous possédez une expérience avérée après votre diplôme de minimum une année en soins somatiques et/ou soins psychiatriques.
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, impliqué\-e, motivé\-e et avez le sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes idéalement formé/e au logiciel Soarian.
  • Vous disposez d'une excellente présentation, d'une bon relationnel et d'empathie.
