Les soins à domicile sont plus qu'un métier pour vous : une véritable vocation ?

Vous êtes disponible entre 40 % et 100 % et souhaitez effectuer :

- des missions ponctuelles (journées ou demi-journées),

- ou une mission de longue durée (minimum 1 mois à 80 %, avec possibilité d'évolution vers un poste fixe).

Au cœur du quotidien des patients, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de leur autonomie et de leur bien-être, en apportant des soins humains, personnalisés et de qualité.

Vos missions :

  • Vous prodiguez des soins variés, globaux et individualisés sous la délégation d'une infirmière
  • Vous collaborez étroitement à la prise en charge des patients au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Vous dispensez des soins médico-techniques sous délégation de l'infirmière
  • Vous accompagnez de manière responsable et autonome les patients pour les aspects de prise en charge touchant aux activités de la vie
  • Vous assurez la bonne transmission des informations entre tous les intervenants au travers du dossier patient

* Formation :

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'Assistant-e en Soins et Santé Communautaire (ASSC)

* Expérience :

- Jeune diplômé ou professionnel expérimenté

* Compétences techniques :

- Connaissance des logiciels Medlink : un atout.

* Disponibilités :

- Flexibilité horaire requise (horaires coupés, matin, soir et week-end).

* Qualités personnelles :

\- Savoir être et excellente présentation \- Autonomie et sens de l'initiative

\- Capacité d'adaptation

\- Bon sens relationnel et communication

\- Patience et bonne gestion du stress
