  • Du pflegst und betreust die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner fachgerecht und individuell.
  • Du begleitest Menschen mit Demenz einfühlsam und unterstützt sie in ihrem Alltag.
  • Du übernimmst die Tagesverantwortung und koordinierst die pflegerischen Abläufe auf der Abteilung.
  • Du bist für den Pflegeprozess und die zuverlässige Pflegedokumentation verantwortlich.
  • Du führst pflegerische und medizinische Massnahmen gemäss Verordnung aus.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team und den Angehörigen zusammen.
  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH.
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz ist von Vorteil.
  • Du begegnest den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern mit Geduld, Empathie und Wertschätzung.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse.
