Medicalis ist der Spezialist für Gesundheits- und Sozialberufe und Teil der Interiman Group, der Nr. 1 für Personaldienstleistungen in der Schweiz. Wir kennen jede Fachperson persönlich und begleiten dich während deines ganzen Einsatzes.Im Auftrag eines familiären Alterszentrums in Ennetbürgen NW suchen wir Verstärkung. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ländlich am Vierwaldstättersee, mit Blick auf Berge und See. 49 Bewohnende leben hier, betreut von einem engagierten Team, das grossen Wert auf gute Pflegequalität legt.

Wir suchen Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF und Pflegehelfer/innen SRK für temporäre Einsätze ab sofort, mit einem Pensum ab 40 %. Ein längerer Einsatz im gleichen Haus ist gut möglich. So lernst du die Bewohnenden und das Team richtig kennen und wirst Teil des Alltags.

Gesucht sind Einsätze in allen Diensten: Frühdienst 06:45 bis 15:40 Spätdienst 12:30 bis 21:30 Nachtdienst 21:15 bis 07:00

Als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF bist du vor allem im Nachtdienst gefragt und übernimmst die Fachverantwortung im Dienst. Als Pflegehelfer/in SRK unterstützt du das Team vor allem im Tagdienst, in der Grundpflege und im Alltag der Bewohnenden. Du pflegst und betreust Menschen mit zum Teil hohem Pflegebedarf, dokumentierst sorgfältig und übergibst ans nächste Team.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Ein Haus, in dem man sich kennt und Zeit für die Bewohnenden hat
  • Wöchentliche Lohnzahlung
  • Persönliche Betreuung durch dein Medicalis-Team, von der Planung bis zum letzten Einsatz
  • Flexible Pensen ab 40 %
  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder abgeschlossener Lehrgang Pflegehelfer/in SRK
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und ein offenes, herzliches Auftreten
  • Flexibilität: Du kannst in allen Diensten arbeiten
  • Eigenes Auto, weil das Haus mit dem ÖV schlecht erreichbar ist und keine Unterkunft anbietet
