Sa filiale Medicalis Lausanne (www.medicalis.ch) spécialisée dans les métiers de la santé, souhaite poursuivre son développement dans des conditions optimales. Ainsi, nous recherchons une personnalité dynamique et communicative en qualité de : Planificateur à 100% H/F

En qualité de Planificateur/trice spécialisé/e dans les soins au sein de notre agence, vous serez chargé/e de participer à la sélection et à la coordination de nos intérimaires afin de répondre aux souhaits de nos établissements médicaux partenaires :

  • Recevoir, planifier et assurer le suivi des demandes de personnel temporaire des établissements de santé
  • Identifier les intérimaires adaptés aux besoins des établissements et organiser les affectations avec réactivité
  • Éditer les contrats de mission liés aux placements réalisés et assurer le suivi administratif des affectations
  • Maintenir une communication efficace avec les établissements de santé et les intérimaires afin de garantir le bon déroulement des missions et de développer des relations durables
  • Gérer les demandes urgentes et les changements de dernière minute
  • Assurer une permanence téléphonique en dehors des heures d-ouverture de l-agence (matins, soirs et week-ends) afin de répondre aux besoins urgents de nos établissements partenaires, en alternance avec les autres membres de l-équipe de planification

  • Taux d'activité : 100%, semaine de 40 heures et 5 semaines de congés payés

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, engagée et orientée solutions, appréciant les environnements exigeants où la réactivité et la capacité d-adaptation sont essentielles.

Vous savez faire preuve de sang-froid, de rigueur et de discernement face aux urgences, aux imprévus et aux changements de dernière minute. Force de proposition, vous prenez des initiatives, anticipez les besoins et contribuez activement à l-amélioration de l-organisation et de la qualité de service.

Votre sens des priorités, votre aisance relationnelle et votre goût du challenge vous permettent d-évoluer efficacement dans un environnement rythmé. Une expérience dans les soins et/ou en agence de placement, idéalement dans le secteur médical, constitue un atout pour ce poste de Planificateur/trice en personnel intérimaire soignant.
