Atender as demandas da área de Logística: separação, conferência, embalagem, expedição e transporte de produtos médicos hospitalares.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Separar, conferir e embalar os materiais para atendimento e expedição;Lançar pedidos no sistema, solicitar liberação financeira para faturamento e emitir notas fiscais;Emitir minutas e manifestos para transportes relacionados aos atendimentos;Solicitar coleta e transporte de materiais, interagir nas solicitações com os motoristas e transportadoras;Organizar roteirização e entrega de materiais aos clientes interno e externo;Fazer contagem de materiais e instrumentais cirúrgicos utilizados em procedimentos, controlar o estoque, envio para esterilização e sua reposição;Controlar validade dos produtos e movimentar materiais, conforme orientação da Gestão;Realizar reposições de materiais entre filiais, quando necessário;Realizar entregas de materiais para clientes (hospitais).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos para contratação (Hard Skills):Ensino Médio completo;Microsoft Office básico a intermediário;Habilidade com o uso de tecnologias e sistemas digitais.Diferencial:Desejável experiência na função;Desejável experiência com materiais médicos hospitalares;Desejável ensino técnico completo ou graduação tecnológica em andamento, em Logística ou áreas afins.Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação: CLTEscala e Jornada de trabalho: 5X2 - segunda a quinta, de 8h as 18h e sexta, de 8h as 17h (CH: 220h mensais) nos primeiros 3 meses e mudança de jornada definitiva após os 3 meses, para 12X36 (dias intercalados) - 8h às 20h.Benefícios:- Vale Transporte- Auxílio Alimentação/Refeição (flexível)- Plano de Saúde (custo compartilhado)- Auxílio Educação (ajuda de custo de 20% com Graduação ou Pós-graduação, relacionadas ao cargo exercido)- Cesta Natalina, para celebrar o fim de ano com mais sabor- Parcerias com instituições para descontos- Massoterapia no trabalho (exclusivo BA)Obs.: os benefícios poderão ser alterados conforme modificações na legislação, diferenças entre territórios ou eventuais atualizações das normas internas da Empresa.Vaga inclusiva: também disponível para PCD - Pessoa com Deficiência.
