Operar máquinas de circulação extracorpórea, em cirurgias torácicas, cardíacas, de transplante de órgãos, de revascularização periférica e terapias de oxigenação por membrana extracorpórea (ECMO), a fim de garantir a manutenção das atividades vitais dos organismos dos pacientes, durante a realização das cirurgias. Assegurar o funcionamento adequado dos equipamentos e a manutenção da função cardiovascular dos pacientes, durante os procedimentos, permitindo que os cirurgiões realizem as intervenções necessárias, com segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar da implantação de projetos de perfusão;Realizar e validar testes de protótipos;Realizar montagem de materiais descartáveis nos equipamentos de perfusão;Operar máquinas de circulação extracorpórea (CEC), em cirurgias torácicas, cardíacas, de transplante de órgãos e de revascularização periférica, a fim de garantir a manutenção das atividades vitais dos organismos dos pacientes, durante a realização das cirurgias;Operar equipamentos de Oxigenação por Membrana Extracorpórea (ECMO);Controlar a manutenção da função cardiovascular e outras atividades vitais dos organismos dos pacientes (oxigenação do sangue, circulação sanguínea, temperatura corporal, pressão arterial, entre outros), durante os procedimentos;Assegurar o funcionamento adequado dos equipamentos de perfusão, permitindo que os cirurgiões realizem as intervenções necessárias, com segurança;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos técnicos de qualidade e de segurança do trabalho;Utilizar técnicas assépticas, para lidar adequadamente com o manuseio de materiais estéreis e biológicos;Zelar pelo estado funcional (guarda, segurança e devolução) dos equipamentos da empresa;Registrar informações dos procedimentos cirúrgicos realizados, em aplicativos/sistemas corporativos, para que as equipes de Assistência de Vendas e Faturamento, possam dar seguimento às etapas internas;Apresentar Comunicados de uso de OPME (fichas de sala), devidamente preenchidos e assinados, para a equipe de Assistência de Vendas, conforme processo interno;Registrar, junto a equipe de Qualidade, Não Conformidades ocorridas em procedimentos, como o mal funcionamento de equipamentos e dispositivos; atrasos, troca de tamanhos e/ou especificidades, etc., conforme processo interno;Realizar a troca de dosímetros digitais e EPIs (quando pertinente), periodicamente e cumprir com as normas de utilização, conforme orientações da equipe de SESMT;Preencher relatórios de controle e outros necessários, conforme solicitação da Gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa na área de Saúde;Pós-graduação em Perfusão ou Circulação Extracorpórea;Microsoft Office básico a intermediário;Experiência mínima de 03 anos na função;Conhecimento de Anatomia Humana e Fisiologia do sistema cardíaco;Disponibilidade integral e para viagens.Diferencial:Desejável CNH categoria B ativa;Desejável possuir veículo (carro) próprio.Informações adicionaisRegime de trabalho: CLT.Jornada de trabalho: Trabalho Externo (não submetido à controle de jornada).Salário + Ad.
