Als Digital Consultant fungieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für Ihre Kunden, entwickeln digitale Marketingstrategien und treiben den Verkauf von Online-Werbeprodukten aktiv voran.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenberatung & Betreuung: Beratung und Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenstamms im Bereich digitale Werbung und Recruiting – vom Erstgespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und strategische Begleitung zur nachhaltigen Umsatzentwicklung
  • Verkauf & Umsetzung: Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung digitaler Kampagnen auf Social Media, Google Ads, Display oder Programmatic. Identifikation von Cross-Selling-Potenzialen sowie strategischer Ausbau des Kundenportfolios
  • Strategie & Verhandlung: Analyse von Zielgruppen, Ableitung wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen und Entwicklung individueller Marketinglösungen. Eigenständige Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen in Abstimmung mit der Digital-Verkaufsleitung
  • Daten & Technologie: Nutzung von Predictive Analytics und Performance-Dashboards zur Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung von Kampagnen
  • Digitale Werbeprodukte: Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Digitalprodukte und Services sowie Einsatz moderner Marketing-Automation-Plattformen
  • Projekt- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Steuerung der Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und internen Teams, Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und Qualitätskontrolle
  • CRM & Reporting: Pflege und Auswertung aller relevanten Kundendaten und Kampagnenstatistiken im CRM-System

Das erwarten wir

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Online Sales, Kundenberatung und digitalen Werbeformaten.
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität und Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Motivation, Umsatz- und Performance-Ziele zu erreichen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an gemeinsamen Erfolgen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW erforderlich
