Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Elternzeitvertretung einen

Redakteur (m/w/d) für den Digital-Desk Augsburg mit den Schwerpunkten Themensteuerung und News-Coverage

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist als einer von zwei Seitenmanagern (m/w/d) des Tages hauptverantwortlich für die Steuerung und Kuratierung der Homepage der Augsburger Allgemeinen
  • Als Seitenmanager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die optimale Ausspielung der Inhalte auf allen Kanälen und behältst News-Entwicklungen regional, überregional und international im Blick
  • Als News-Autor recherchierst und schreibst du auf Basis von SEO Nachrichtenmeldungen mit hohem Reichweitenpotential, die Leser/innen auf der Homepage der Augsburger Allgemeinen über die Geschehnisse in der Region topaktuell auf dem Laufenden halten und auch über Suchmaschinen und Aggregatoren von unseren Leser/innen zu finden sind
  • Als Seitenmanager und News-Autor bist du sowohl in der Präsentation von redaktionellen Inhalten als auch in der Erstellung derselben aktiv und leistest so einen entscheidenden Beitrag für den digitalen Erfolg der Gesamtredaktion
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson (m/w/d) in der Redaktion für alle Fragen der aktuellen digitalen Ausspielung
  • Du arbeitest mit Daten-Dashboards und übersetzt die Erkenntnisse sowohl in die Gestaltung der Seite als auch in Themenideen für aktuelle und lesernahe News-Inhalte

Das bist Du:

  • Du hast ein Volontariat abgeschlossen oder eine Journalistenschule besucht und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer Digital-Redaktion oder in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt
  • Du hast einen Faible für Daten und Dashboards sowie gute SEO- und Social-Media-Kenntnisse
  • Du kannst pointiert und lesernah formulieren
  • Du behältst auch in großen Nachrichtenlagen die Ruhe und kannst schnell agieren
  • Du hast Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung des Digitaljournalismus
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und außerdem stark in der Kommunikation
