Sie suchen eine langfristige Perspektive in der hausärztlichen Versorgung mit hoher Selbstständigkeit, aber ohne unternehmerisches Risiko? Sie möchten Teil eines modernen Versorgungsmodells werden, das Ihnen eine verlässliche Praxisinfrastruktur und vollständige Entlastung von administrativen Aufgaben bietet?

Für eine etablierte Hausarztpraxis im Kanton Aargau wird im Zuge der Pensionierung des bisherigen Inhabers eine Nachfolgelösung gesucht.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum und können sich dank zentraler Unterstützung auf die medizinische Tätigkeit konzentrieren. Ein wachsender Patientenstamm, moderne Infrastruktur und ein erfahrenes MPA\-Team sorgen für einen effizienten Praxisalltag.

Der Einstieg wird professionell begleitet. Möglich sind eine Festanstellung oder eine variable Beteiligung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Betreuung eines breiten hausärztlichen Patientenspektrums
  • Kontinuität und langfristiger Beziehungsaufbau zu Patientinnen und Patienten in der Region
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem konstanten MPA\-Team vor Ort sowie interprofessioneller Austausch im Verbund
  • Teilnahme an internen Fortbildungs\- und Qualitätsformaten

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin oder Praktische Ärztin / Praktischer Arzt (mit MEBEKO\-Anerkennung oder in Vorbereitung)
  • Freude an eigenständigem, qualitativ hochwertigem Arbeiten in einer stabilen Umgebung
  • Offenheit für moderne Tools, digitale Dokumentation und effiziente Praxisprozesse
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Tätigkeit \- idealerweise über mehrere Jahre hinweg
