Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF 80-100% gesucht – suchst du eine herausfordernde und vielseitige Tätigkeit in der Pflege? Unser Personalbüro für Pflege in St. Moritz vermittelt qualifizierte Pflegefachkräfte in offene Stellen für Pflege in St. Moritz, ob in Spitälern, Pflegeheimen oder im Spitex-Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in Akut-, Langzeit- oder Spitexpflege

- Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen wie Medikamentengabe, Infusionstherapie und Wundversorgung

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Versorgung

- Beratung und Schulung von Patienten und Angehörigen zur Förderung eines eigenverantwortlichen Gesundheitsmanagements

- Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und Anpassung der individuellen Pflegepläne

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF

- Erfahrung in Akutpflege, Langzeitpflege oder Spitex von Vorteil

- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Empathie im Umgang mit Patienten

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
