Wir die iPersonal suchen für unsere Kunden gelernte Dipl. Pflegefachmann /-frau HF für Temporäre Vermittlung sowie auch Dauerstellenvermittlung.

Einsatzort: 3904 Naters und UmgebungEinsatzbeginn: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in verschiedenen Fachbereichen

- Unterstützung der Patienten in der Alltagsbewältigung sowie Gesundheitsförderung

- Durchführung von ärztlich verordneten Maßnahmen und Therapien

- Fachgerechte Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen

- Aktive Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team und Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachmann /-frau HF (oder gleichwertig anerkannte Qualifikation)

- Erfahrung in der Pflege von Patienten in Akut- und/oder Langzeitpflege

- Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen

- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
