Ihre Aufgaben

- Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung im Alltag und Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit

- Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen gemäß individuellem Betreuungsplan

- Unterstützung bei der Mobilisation, Körperpflege und medizinischen Verrichtungen

- Planung und Begleitung von Freizeitaktivitäten zur Förderung der sozialen Integration

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Therapeuten und Angehörigen zur bestmöglichen Betreuung

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Interesse an der Betreuung von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen

- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen

- Freude an der Arbeit in einem motivierten Team
