Deine Aufgaben:

- Individuelle Betreuung von älteren, beeinträchtigten oder pflegebedürftigen Menschen

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit durch gezielte Alltagsbegleitung

- Planung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur sozialen Integration

- Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Therapeuten und Pflegepersonal

Dein Profil:

- Ausbildung als Fachfrau/mann Betreuung EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und hohe Sozialkompetenz

- Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
