Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die Vermittlung von Fachkräften in der Medizinbranche spezialisiert hat und dabei höchsten Qualitätsstandards gerecht wird.

Für eine moderne Klinik in Adliswil suchen wir eine motivierte und erfahrene Stationsleitung, die sich für die Entwicklung und Förderung des Pflegepersonals einsetzt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams

- Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden durch gezielte Weiterbildungsangebote

- Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Pflegekonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Klinikleitung

- Verantwortung für eine effiziente Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung auf der Station

- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Betreuung und Begleitung der Patienten

Ihr Profil:

- Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Erfahrung in der Personalführung

- Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Förderung von Nachwuchs- und Fachkräften

- Freude an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs

- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
