Notre offre couvre la gestion complète des créances d'honoraires de nos clients, de l'impression et l'envoi des factures jusqu'à l'encaissement des créances Afin de renforcer notre service clientèle, nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir une personnalité motivée et engagée en tant que spécialiste en matière de poursuites \\- collaborateur/trice service clientèle. . \\Vos tâches\\ \* le traitement de dossiers de recouvrement dans les domaines juridique (gestion des procédures de poursuite, de continuation de la poursuite et de saisie) et préjuridique \* la levée des oppositions par le biais de requêtes de mainlevée et de requêtes de conciliation \* la participation aux audiences de conciliation \* diverses tâches administratives liées à la gestion de la facturation (factoring) \* les contacts téléphoniques et écrits avec les clients, les patients, les débiteurs et les autorités \* le développement et l'optimisation de nos processus, modèles de lettres et textes standard dans le cadre du processus d'amélioration continue (PAC) \\Votre profil\\ \* Vous avez achevé une formation commerciale \* Vous avez de l'expérience dans le domaine des poursuites, idéalement acquise au sein d'un office des poursuites \* Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les questions juridiques et maîtrisez la LP \* Vous savez fixer des priorités et avez le sens du détail \* Vous êtes de langue maternelle française (des connaissances d'allemand sont un atout) \* Vous disposez d'excellentes aptitudes à communiquer et d'une saine capacité à vous affirmer \* Vous aimez travailler en équipe, mais appréciez également de travailler de manière autonome \\Nous vous offrons\\ \* une grande autonomie fondée sur la confiance ainsi qu'une équipe motivée \* des prestations sociales avantageuses \* la possibilité d'effectuer une partie de votre travail en télétravail \* un environnement de travail stimulant, axé sur l'orientation client \* un champ d'activité dynamique et des conditions d'engagement attrayantes \* la possibilité de mettre en valeur vos compétences et vos aptitudes \* une place de parc gratuite (selon entente) Ce poste vous intéresse ?
