Sie bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf, erkennen Marktpotenziale und entwickeln individuelle Lösungen für Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen. Dabei übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Entwicklung Ihres Gebiets.

🎯 Ihre Mission

  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen in Ihrer Region
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der Akquise bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien
  • Beratung und Verhandlung mit Einkauf, Pflege und medizinischem Fachpersonal
  • Umsetzung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Kundenentwicklung
  • Pflege der Vertriebspipeline sowie Erstellung von Forecasts im CRM-System

⭐ Ihr Background & Ihre Stärken

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Vertriebserfahrung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb
  • Strategische Denkweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Klinik- oder Medizinprodukteumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
