Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior #vagas #hiring #oportunidades #tecnologia #saúde #contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar os processos de compras de materiais, serviços e equipamentos para obras de construção civil, assegurando atendimento às especificações técnicas, prazos e orientações internas;Realizar cotações junto a fornecedores, organizando e consolidando propostas para análise e tomada de decisão;Apoiar a análise comparativa de propostas comerciais, contribuindo para a identificação da melhor relação custo-benefício;Auxiliar nas negociações com fornecedores, sob orientação da liderança, visando melhores condições comerciais, prazos e qualidade;Apoiar a emissão, acompanhamento e controle de pedidos de compra, garantindo o fluxo adequado até a entrega dos materiais e serviços;Acompanhar prazos de entrega e apoiar o monitoramento do atendimento dos fornecedores;Interagir com as áreas de engenharia, planejamento e obras para levantamento de demandas de materiais e serviços;Apoiar a conferência de requisições de compra e verificar aderência às especificações técnicas e necessidades das obras;Realizar atualização de cadastro de fornecedores e na organização de informações comerciais e contratuais;Apoiar o controle de contratos, aditivos e documentos relacionados a compras e suprimentos;Contribuir para o acompanhamento de indicadores básicos da área, como prazos de entrega e desempenho de fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura ou áreas afinsDesejável de 2 a 4 anos de experiência em compras no ramo de construção civil.Diferencial experiência em obras hospitalaresConhecimento em ISO 9001Conhecimento em Sistema de Gestão de QualidadePacote Office, e noções básicas de AutoCad.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Ticket, Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, Gympass, folga aniversário, acolhimento psicológico e vale transporte.
