Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior #vagas #hiring #oportunidades #tecnologia #saúde #contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o diagnóstico nutricional do paciente, com base nos dados clínicos, bioquímicos, (exames laboratoriais), antropométricos (medidas do corpo) e dietéticos;Registrar evolução dietoterápica do paciente em prontuário de acordo com protocolo, verificando adesão à orientação dietética nutricional e a evolução nutricional do paciente;Realizar avaliação de risco nutricional, anamnese, acompanhamento, verificar restrições e alergias alimentares, comorbidades, calcular necessidades fisiológicas, prevenir sintomas de deficiências, recuperar o estado de saúde, e estabelecer plano dietoterápico;Realizar inquérito alimentar junto aos pacientes, verificando a aceitação da dieta, de acordo com a patologia e estado clínico, adequando a dieta conforme consistência e aversões alimentares;Estabelecer planos de cuidados nutricionais, realizar diagnóstico dietético nutricional, calcular gasto energético, identificar necessidades nutricionais, sugerir e prescrever complementos e suplementos nutricionais e dietas enterais;Realizar outras atividades correlatas e/ou inerentes à sua função conforme descritas na Ordem de Serviço, e/ou quando solicitadas pelo superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Nutrição;Registro ativo e regular no CRN (Conselho Regional de Nutrição);Experiência prévia na função;Disponibilidade para trabalhar segunda, quarta e sexta, pela manhã e terça e quinta a tarde.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Ticket, Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, Gympass, folga aniversário, acolhimento psicológico e vale transporte.
