Primary Care Pediatrician - MedStar Health Pediatrics in Bel Air

Formerly known as MedStar Medical Group Box Hill Pediatrics, our specialists have been providing pediatric care in Harford County for years and are well known in the community. The strong relationships we have with our patients are what sets us apart, as evidenced in our online ratings. Our pediatricians average 4.9 stars out of 5 for qualities like attentiveness and our dedication to taking the time to be thorough and explain your child’s care.

For your convenience, you can also find imaging, lab services, pediatric occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy under the same roof at MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus.

And, if your child gets sick or hurt unexpectedly, we offer pediatric sick visits—even on Saturdays. If your child needs urgent medical attention in the evenings, or on weekends or holidays, MedStar Health Urgent Care is located in the same building.

We are looking for a pediatric physician to join our well-established primary care practice in Bel Air. This position offers you the opportunity to practice with alongside four pediatric primary care physicians/APPs and our dedicated and highly trained support staff. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday-Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is an on-site endocrinology practice and convenient access to specialists at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is less than 1/2 a mile away.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Competitive base salary of $250,000
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program
  • Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
