¿Qué harás?

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de desarrollo backend, trabajando en remoto y participando en la evolución continua de la plataforma.

En tu día a día:

● Desarrollarás software utilizando buenas prácticas de ingeniería y metodologías ágiles. ● Trabajarás en la evolución y mejora continua de nuestra plataforma. ● Te responsabilizarás de tus entregas de principio a fin: desde entender el problema hasta poner la solución en producción. ● Participarás activamente en las decisiones técnicas y en la vida del equipo. ● Colaborarás con otros perfiles para encontrar soluciones sencillas, mantenibles y que aporten valor.

Tu perfil

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con más de 5 años de experiencia relevante y, sobre todo, con curiosidad por seguir aprendiendo y mejorar la forma en la que hacemos las cosas.

Nos gustaría que tuvieras experiencia con:

● Java ● Spring Framework y Spring Cloud ● Arquitecturas de microservicios y Docker ● Entornos cloud — experiencia con AWS será un plus ● Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL ● Gradle ● Git ● Uso de agentes de IA como parte del proceso de desarrollo

Además, valoramos especialmente:

● Que te importe escribir código limpio, funcional y bien diseñado. ● Que conozcas y quieras seguir aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo orientado a objetos. ● Que disfrutes refactorizando y dejando el código mejor de lo que lo encontraste. ● Que veas los tests unitarios como una parte natural del desarrollo. ● Una buena capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas. ● Interés por algún área que vaya más allá del código: arquitectura, algoritmos, optimización, automatización, etc.

No esperamos que lo sepas todo. Nos importa tanto lo que ya sabes, como tus ganas de aprender y de seguir creciendo. ​
