Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

MEFITPRO & QOOAH | Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

About Us

MEFITPRO is an established leader in the Middle East's fitness industry, providing commercial fitness equipment, professional fitness education, sports nutrition solutions, and industry events.

QOOAH is our consumer-facing fitness and wellness retail brand, offering a curated range of fitness equipment, sports nutrition, recovery products, and wellness essentials through e-commerce and retail channels.

As we strengthen our digital growth capabilities, we're looking for a commercially driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid acquisition across both businesses.

The Role

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for MEFITPRO and profitable online sales for QOOAH.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role requiring strong analytical skills, technical platform expertise, and a clear understanding of how advertising investment translates into business results.

You'll work closely with marketing leadership, the social media team, e-commerce, and commercial departments to build scalable acquisition systems across both brands.

We're looking for someone who understands that successful advertising isn't measured by clicks or impressions, but by the commercial outcomes it produces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop distinct acquisition strategies for MEFITPRO's B2B business and QOOAH's B2C e-commerce operations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Build full-funnel acquisition campaigns covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and remarketing.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
  • Maintain structured campaign naming conventions, reporting dashboards, and testing documentation.

2. MEFITPRO: B2B Lead Generation

  • Develop lead generation campaigns targeting gym owners, fitness operators, hospitality groups, developers, and commercial fitness facilities.
  • Generate qualified enquiries for commercial fitness equipment, facility solutions, and relevant business services.
  • Build targeted campaigns for professional fitness certifications, educational programmes, and workshops.
  • Develop campaign structures based on customer segments, business lines, geography, and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track lead quality, qualification rates, pipeline progression, and conversion into customers.
  • Optimise campaigns based on cost per qualified lead and commercial outcomes, not lead volume alone.
  • Support targeted campaigns for industry events, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

3. QOOAH: E-commerce Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Manage performance campaigns designed to generate online sales across fitness equipment, sports nutrition, recovery, and wellness categories.
  • Develop and optimize Google, and Meta sales campaigns.
  • Manage product catalogue advertising, dynamic product ads, and remarketing audiences.
  • Analyse performance by product category, campaign, audience, and customer segment.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align advertising with product availability, pricing, promotions, and margins.
  • Improve return on advertising spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and contribution profitability.
  • Identify high-potential products and categories that can be scaled profitably.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotional initiatives.

4. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics

  • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across advertising platforms.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and relevant e-commerce tracking tools.
  • Ensure accurate measurement of leads, purchases, revenue, and other key conversion events.
  • Collaborate with the web and e-commerce teams to resolve tracking, landing page, and conversion issues.
  • Build clear performance dashboards showing advertising investment, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyse campaign performance using platform data, analytics, CRM data, and actual sales outcomes.
  • Identify tracking discrepancies and communicate their impact on reporting and decision-making.

5. Creative Testing & Conversion Optimisation

  • Work closely with Social Media & Content to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
  • Prepare clear creative briefs based on audience insights, customer objections, campaign performance, and product opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative formats, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve landing page conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Analyse competitor advertising, market trends, and emerging platform opportunities.
  • Maintain a continuous testing and learning process to improve performance.

6. Budget Management & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor daily campaign spending and ensure budgets are allocated efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly reports with clear commercial insights.
  • Track performance against agreed KPIs, targets, and acquisition budgets.
  • Recommend budget reallocations based on performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
  • Present actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and relevant commercial teams.
  • Flag underperforming campaigns early and take corrective action.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrable success generating qualified leads and/or scaling e-commerce sales.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets with clear performance accountability.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance data.
  • Ability to independently build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition economics, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and marketing ROI.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of results.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience managing both B2B lead generation and B2C e-commerce advertising.
  • Previous experience in fitness, wellness, sports nutrition, consumer retail, or related industries.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with CRM-integrated lead generation and offline conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and catalogue management.
  • Experience advertising across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets.
  • Understanding of contribution margins, customer lifetime value, and e-commerce unit economics.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, we expect you to:

  • Complete a full audit of existing paid advertising accounts, conversion tracking, and campaign performance across both businesses.
  • Establish reliable reporting and measurement frameworks for MEFITPRO and QOOAH.
  • Implement structured acquisition campaigns aligned with each brand's commercial priorities.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of MEFITPRO's lead generation.
  • Identify and scale QOOAH's strongest-performing product categories and campaigns.
  • Establish a consistent creative testing and optimisation process.
  • Demonstrate clear ownership of budgets, performance, and commercial results.
  • Present a data-backed growth roadmap for the following quarter.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to manage performance marketing across two complementary businesses operating in the Middle East's growing fitness and wellness industry.

From B2B commercial fitness solutions and professional education to consumer e-commerce and premium wellness products, you'll work across multiple acquisition models, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

You'll have direct exposure to marketing leadership, meaningful commercial objectives, and the opportunity to build scalable acquisition systems that contribute directly to business growth.

Please submit your CV along with a brief summary of two paid advertising campaigns you've personally managed.

For each example, include where possible:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
