➢ Experiência comprovada na liderança de equipe de vendas internas. ➢ Experiência em atividades relacionadas à área administrativa. ➢ Habilidade com trabalho em equipe, liderança e pegada na área comercial/vendas. ➢ Vivência e domínio de vendas presenciais, on-line e captação de leads. ➢ Vivência com tráfego pago e posicionamento da empresa na internet. ➢ É necessário ter trabalhado com CRM. ➢ Ser antenada e gostar de tecnologia e soluções para sistematizar controles e informações. ➢ Maturidade para trabalhar em ambiente sob circunstâncias de pressão por metas/resultados. ➢ Domínio do pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel, para fins de controles, relatórios, filtragens etc. ➢ Maturidade para reportar-se à gerência geral. ➢ Ter meio de transporte, pois vai trabalhar 2 dias da semana em cada unidade. ➢ Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, e aos sábados até as 12h, com disponibilidade para ultrapassar os horários de saída e/ou antecipar os horários de entrada.

ATIVIDADES DO DIA A DIA ➢ Direcionar e acompanhar os trabalhos da equipe de vendas. ➢ Implantar o sistema CRM, acompanhar seu uso e treinar a equipe de vendas quanto à sua utilização. ➢ Monitorar o sistema CRM, dar feedback e direcionar quanto ao desempenho de cada pessoa. ➢ Traçar metas mensais/semanais/diárias e acompanhar a evolução de cada membro da equipe. ➢ Acompanhar a captação dos leads, distribuí-los para a equipe de vendas e monitorar a evolução/sucesso. ➢ Acompanhar e dar andamento às cotações do dia a dia junto com cada atendente. ➢ Monitorar e dar atenção às grandes contas/cotações. ➢ Reunião semanal com a gerência geral para análise e direcionamento dos resultados. ➢ Elaborar relatórios em Excel, seja para reuniões com a diretoria e/ou tomada de decisão. ➢ Área administrativa/financeira/operacional: manutenção em geral, cotações, contas a pagar/receber, fechamento de produção da equipe (atendentes, auxiliar de consultório e limpeza) e atividades em geral relacionadas à empresa.

OFERECEMOS ➢ Remuneração com perspectiva de ganho mensal, a médio prazo, que pode atingir/ultrapassar R$ 7.000,00, sendo salário fixo na carteira de R$ 3.000,00, com arrojado sistema de ganho por variável + ajuda de transporte. ➢ Importante: nos primeiros 3 meses, a empresa garante R$ 5.000,00 caso a somatória do fixo e do variável não atinja esse valor. ➢ NOTA: procedimentos relacionados aos serviços da clínica são disponibilizados como benefícios, conforme a política da empresa.
