POSITION SUMMARY:

What You'll Do:

  • Foster Relationships: Help build and nurture relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with Operations Management: Support the operations team in monitoring carrier performance and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating rates and terms with guidance from senior team members.

What You'll Learn:

  • Organizational Skills: Learn how to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Time Management: Gain experience in prioritizing and balancing responsibilities.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the logistics industry and how to drive business growth.
  • Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills by shadowing and working alongside senior team members.
  • Negotiation Techniques: Learn negotiation strategies and gain hands-on experience in closing deals.

Training & Development:

  • Team Environment: Work alongside a current broker team, gaining real-world experience.
  • Sales Training: Join our 6 week sales internship to receive hand on experience with our sales cycle, prospecting, closing business and broker panel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in college
