Was Du bei uns lernst und was Du erreichen kannst

  • Administrativen HR-Prozesse wie Zeiterfassung, Pflege von Personalmutationen, Sozialversicherungen usw.
  • Arbeiten mit einer Prozessmanagement-Software und Einblicke in die Führung einer digitalen Firma
  • Verantwortung in spezifischen Projekten zur fortlaufenden Unternehmensentwicklung – diese werden mit dir besprochen und können fortlaufend gesteigert werden. Du kannst deine Ideen einbringen und wirst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung betreut. Wir fördern dich zur selbständigen und zielorientierten Arbeit
  • Betreuung von unseren Mitarbeitenden und das Aufnehmen deren Anliegen
  • Einblicke in weitere Abteilungen – als Springer:in bringst du Abwechslung in den Alltag

Was Du mitbringst

  • Hohe IT-Affinität – du arbeitest gerne mit moderner Software und hast keine Berührungsängste, Neues zu lernen
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Büro und beherrscht das effiziente Arbeiten am PC/Laptop
  • Du bist organisiert, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne strukturiert
  • Freude und Interesse an HR-Themen
  • Offenheit, Neues zu lernen – auch ausserhalb vom HR
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen im HR von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
