Was Du bei uns lernst und was Du erreichen kannst:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontierung von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Abstimmung von Lieferantenkonten und Pflege der Kreditorenstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Zahlungsvorbereitung- und Freigabe
  • Mithilfe bei der Monats- und Quartalsabschlusserstellung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungen und Reports (z.B. Kostenübersichten, Budget-Ist-Vergleiche)
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Abweichungen und der Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen & Controlling
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Finanzbereich

Was Du mitbringst

  • Student:in im Bereich Finanz, Controlling oder BWL oder Quereinsteiger:in mit Interesse an einer beruflichen Orientierung im Finanzwesen
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

Nice to have

  • Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen oder einer Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich
  • Freude daran, sich in neue, digitale Anwendungen (z.B. Power BI, Excel-Makros oder Cloud-Lösungen) einzuarbeiten
