Deine Aufgaben, Verantwortungen und Kompetenzen

  • Kalkulation, Verkauf, Projektleitung und Planung von PV-Projekten diverser Grössenordnungen
  • Du bist die Schlüsselfigur zwischen Kunden, Planung, Administration und AVOR – und hältst alle Fäden in der Hand
  • Du berätst Kunden auf Augenhöhe in technischen und vertraglichen Fragen – und gewinnst ihr Vertrauen durch Fachkompetenz und Klarheit
  • Du erkennst die entscheidenden Angebotsfaktoren und setzt Projekte so auf, dass sie nicht nur umgesetzt, sondern erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden

Dein Profil und Deine Skills

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Kalkulation und Leitung komplexer PV-Projekte – und die Fähigkeit, auch bei Grossprojekten den Überblick zu behalten
  • Tiefes technisches Verständnis (CAD, SIA-Normen, Engineering) kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischen Denken
  • Exzellenz in Kundenberatung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Projektführung

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, in komplexen Situationen Ruhe und Orientierung zu geben
  • Du bist nicht nur ein Umsetzer, sondern ein Gestalter – jemand, der Standards hinterfragt und Innovation vorantreibt.
