  • Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
  • Active Directory administration experience.
  • Experience handling escalated user and technical issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience supporting remote and multi-site users.
  • Strong ticket ownership, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Windows Server and Microsoft Entra ID experience.
  • Endpoint-management, backup and recovery, and basic networking experience.

Key Expectations

The Senior IT Support Analyst should independently own routine operational work such as daily ticket management, user escalations, onboarding and offboarding, account and permission issues, Microsoft 365 support, equipment setup and replacement, file-share and printer issues, VPN support, routine server and backup checks, vendor cases, site IT requests, and support documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
