Was Dich erwartet

Dein Studium dauert insgesamt drei Jahre. Wir kooperieren bei diesem Studiengang mit der Dualen Hochschule in Karlsruhe.

  • Ein Studium an der Dualen Hochschule in Karlsruhe mit einer Dauer von drei Jahren
  • Fundiertes praxisorientiertes Studium in kleinen Studiengruppen
  • Frühzeitiger Einsatz im Tagesgeschäft in interessanten Projekten und internen Themen
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozesse mit unseren KundInnen und der Crew
  • Analyse, Beratung und Konzeption komplexer HR-Landschaften
  • Technische Umsetzung (Customizing und Entwicklung) in relevanten SAP HCM Modulen
  • Moderation von Workshops und Durchführung von Kundenschulungen

Das verdienst Du während Deines dualen Studiums:

  • 1. Jahr: 1.320€
  • 2. Jahr: 1.380€
  • 3. Jahr: 1.450€

Was solltest du mitbringen

  • Du hast (bald) Abitur oder Fachabitur
  • Du hast betriebswirtschaftliches sowie informationstechnisches Interesse
  • Du verfügst ein ausgeprägtes logisches und abstraktes Denkvermögen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • Du hast Lust, gemeinsam unsere Unternehmenskultur zu gestalten
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit aus und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
